1. Affiliate status. All users and affiliates are recognized as Independent Business Owners (IBO’s). As an
IBO, you are responsible for your own record keeping, expenses related to marketing and business
development. Any tax questions or legal questions can be forwarded to the responsible appropriate
professionals who can better help you. As a new user, your account is not on any contract. Your account
can be canceled anytime prior to the next monthly payment due. Simply notify us at
support@myconnectpro.com and we will cancel your account. Once your account is canceled you can
not renew at your previous status as a user or affiliate. You will lose all of your commissions, level
bonuses pending, and any affiliate level status.
2. My Connect Pro LLC as the company reserves the right to change the affiliate compensation plan at any
time. We may also amend the plan, add to it or delete portions based on data received from the affiliate
performances of the company.
3. As an affiliate, you agree to hold My Connect Pro LLC harmless from any claims relating to but not
limited to performance of the product, performance of the compensation plan, your lack of
performance in the affiliate plan and any other claims or disputes by other related affiliates in the My
Connect Pro affiliate plan.
4. All affiliates agree not to make any general or personal income claims pertaining to the potential income
by an affiliate. Even though this is difficult to monitor and gauge, we expect all affiliates to honor this
rule. Any affiliate caught dispersing information, presentations, or marketing material with income
claims will be terminated.
5. There are no restrictions on affiliates for territories, quotas or marketing budgets or expenses. Each
affiliate is an IBO (Independent Business Owner). Each affiliate is free to be involved in other income
producing opportunities including but limited to networking or MLM companies.
6. Solicitation. It is prohibited to solicit other affiliates for other opportunities. Downloading affiliate
emails, capturing downlines emails and then mass emailing them is a prohibited activity.
7. Income withdraws from the compensation plan are limited to a minimum payment of $50. Anything less
and it will not be approved. It is up to the affiliate to set up a stripe account for making withdraws.

8. My Connect Pro LLC is not responsible for payment conflicts you may have with any payment or 3rd
party payment processor, including but not limited too, Paypal, Stripe, Cashap, once My Connect Pro
releases the funds to any affiliate. We will however intervene as best as we can, through our support

9. Refund Policy. As stated before, there are no contracts. Your user / affiliate account is month to month.
You are free to cancel at anytime. Because you had 100% use of the product for the current month and
your account was charged only for that month. There is no refund for that month. As long as you cancel
your account prior to the next billing period there will be no charges for the next billing period.
